Four months into the Trump administration there are fractures in the MAHA movement and in the love and support for RFK Jr.
Against all odds, in a razor thin victory, his nomination as the head of HHS was secured, After enduring humiliating grilling by ignorant Democrats and kissing up to many Republicans, success seemed to come down to a yes vote from Republican Senator Bill Cassidy. Unfortunately many concessions were required.
Looking back, the wind came out of Kennedy’s presidential sails when it became clear that he was all in for Israel’s ethnic cleansing of Gaza. In the fall of 2023 many stopped working for his campaign, including Dennis Kucinich his campaign manager. Many stopped giving his campaign money, including me. Spring of 2024 saw Trump survive a made for film assassination attempt. In the summer we witnessed the disastrous Biden debate performance, Succumbing to the pressure he dropped out. In July Kamala Harris, with nary a vote, was anointed to save democracy. Meanwhile, ex lobbyist, Calley Means, arranged for Trump and Kennedy to talk. By August, Kennedy had suspended his campaign and had began to actively support and stump for Trump. It was hard to keep up back then, but good practice for what was to come. Once elected Trump rewarded Kennedy by nominating him to head HHS. A huge win for MAHA.
Last week Kennedy announced that Dr. Casey Means, Calley’s sister, was his choice to be the US surgeon general. Along with the expected outrage from our pharma bought Congress, outrage and suspicion came from some in the MAHA movement. Chief among these was Nicole Shanahan, who had been Kennedy’s VP pick during his independent campaign. Unhappy with this choice, Nicole posted a tweet questioning whether Kennedy may have lied to her and suggesting he is being controlled by someone. Casey’s brother Calley, in his ardent support for his sister, went on the war path and may have crossed an ethical line. Other notables such as Dr. Robert Malone came to Casey’s defense. A short time later Nicole tweeted that she was going to help primary Senator Cassidy. I suspect and hope that someone had contacted and reassured her. We don’t need to be fighting amongst ourselves over someone like Casey Means. I had read her book, ‘Good Energy’, dedicated to her mother, who had died of pancreatic cancer. Calley comes across as sincere, dedicated and brilliant. Was someone passed over who was more qualified or had earned this position? Perhaps. That does not mean that Casey is a bad or dangerous choice. What is bad and dangerous is for those of us who believe in the mission and the fight we face, to weaken our assault by infighting. We need to stand together and enlighten as many more as we can so that we can defeat this evil that has taken hold of our world.
The following are some accomplishments, that I am aware of, that Kennedy and those working with him, have done for the American people in just four months:
- Requiring new childhood vaccines be tested against a placebo. Most would be shocked to know that this was not already required.
- Kennedy has promised that by September of this year he will have the answer as to what is causing the epidemic of autism. Scientists from all over the world are looking at everything and anything that could be linked to this rise. If this can be done without interference and with honest scientists that have no conflicts of interest, he will have the needed ammunition to require existing childhood vaccines be tested against a placebo..
- He has initiated Operation Stork Speed to get bad things out of baby food.
- He has banned artificial food dyes in our food.
- He is working on getting getting fluoride out of our water. Two states have already done this.
- Just in, Kennedy’s HHS will no longer be recommending COVID vaccines for children or pregnant women.
- Trump announced that the US people will not be paying more for drugs than the people living in other countries, During a senate hearing about the proposed HHS budget, there was bi partisan support for a bill that would end tax breaks for pharma advertising.
While I see an astounding amount of progress, some ‘glass half empty’ folks expected more and expected it immediately. Some may have just swallowed their red pill during the COVID years. Others have been watching Mr. Kennedy for two decades.
Amongst a group of parents of vaccine injured children, I heard him vow to devout his life to uncovering the truth about vaccines. Never once have I felt disappointed or felt his dedication had diminished. It cost him reputation, money, status, friends and even family. The idea that now that he is head of HHS he would turn against that mission is utterly preposterous. In truth, that mission has expanded. It now includes not only what is injected into us, but what what we are growing, swallowing and breathing. Does he need to proceed with caution? No doubt. He knows better than any of his supporters what he is up against. He will do everything he can to defeat the Goliath that we are facing.
